Michelle Salcido is a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative in our Carlsbad office. She joined JS Ward and Son over 5 years ago and has more than 13 years of insurance industry experience. While most of our customers know Michelle as the hardworking CSR that is committed to answering their questions and helping with any needs our clients may have, many do not know that Michelle's favorite vacation was spending time in Galveston at the beach with her entire family. Michelle's focus when she is not working is her family, and her son. Her dream trip is going to Disneyland with her family. When Michelle is not working, you can find her spending time making her favorite meal, homemade enchiladas or watching her favorite movie, Steel Magnolias.
Michelle's worst job was working for a long distance phone company making telemarketing calls. Although she did not enjoy the job, she did learn the importance of listening to the customer. Michelle is our spotlight employee this month because of her continual drive to help our clients. Her favorite part of working at JS Ward and Son is working with the customers. She especially loves working with customers that are opening a new business and being a part of helping make their dream come true.
