I love the holidays because it is a time to reflect on the year and take notice of the  accomplishments and the impact that I have made on the lives around me.  

One of the greatest gifts I have been given in my life is being able to work with my mom and dad every day at JS Ward and Son.  They have been an inspiration to me during my life, and now to be able to grow our business together and continue to impact the lives and community around us, is something I am grateful for each day.

I hope as you go through the holidays, you have many wonderful memories from the past year that you are able to reflect on.  I also hope that you are able to take time and think about your goals for the coming year.

I know that for me, one of my top business goals is to continue to make a difference in our communities that we have offices in.  I'm so thankful to be blessed with such a strong team around me, and people that care about our company and our future.
